Absolutely delightful lidded canister, with a different Chinoiserie scene each side of the body highlighted with colour.
Backstamp: Rd No 623294 This Pattern was introduced by Williams Adams in 1780 being a copy of a Chinese pattern and one of the first of its style produced in English Pottery Wm Adams England.
Light all over crazing and underneath a little minor discolouration.
